This privacy policy is applicable to the Kitx app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Aj (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register. Registration via Email or Google Sign-In is required to access the core features of the Application, such as accessing virtual trading dashboards and connecting to the broker APIs. The Service Provider may also use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and updates.

What information does the Application collect automatically?

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

• The type of mobile device you use and your unique device ID.
• The IP address of your mobile device and your mobile operating system.
• Information about the way you use the Application.
• Personal information (such as name and email address via Firebase authentication).
• Fyers authentication data (via secure OAuth process).
• Trading-related data (watchlist, virtual trades, P&L history, and preferences).

Fyers Integration & Security

• Our Application integrates with the Fyers API strictly to fetch real-time market data for your virtual simulation.
• We DO NOT store your Fyers login credentials (username/password) on our servers.
• Authentication is handled securely via the official OAuth process.
• Your use of Fyers services is also subject to their own Privacy Policy.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

No. This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?

The Application uses algorithmic and analytical models (AI) strictly to analyze public market data (like Nifty ranges and Operator Radar) for educational purposes. We DO NOT use Artificial Intelligence to process, analyze, or manipulate your personal user data.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. We do not sell or trade your data. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device.

What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you would like to request the complete deletion of your User Provided Data and account, please contact us directly at mypfp0195@gmail.com and we will permanently delete your data from our servers within a reasonable time.

How does the Application address children's privacy?

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.

How is your information kept secure?

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards (such as Firebase secure databases) to protect the information we process and maintain. We limit access to this information to authorized personnel who need to know that information to operate or improve the Application. Please be aware that although we endeavor to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

How do you give your consent?

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
