MYPFP and the Kitx App are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, or Portfolio Manager. All data, signals, "Operator Radar" metrics, "AI Predictions", and charts provided within the App are strictly for EDUCATIONAL AND DATA ANALYTICS PURPOSES ONLY. We do not provide any buy/sell recommendations, tips, or financial advice.
Trading in the Stock Market involves a high degree of risk. However, Kitx operates entirely on a Virtual/Paper Trading model. Any trades executed within the app use simulated funds and hold zero real-world value. If you choose to apply the educational insights gained from Kitx in your real brokerage accounts outside this app, you do so entirely at your own financial risk. MYPFP shall not be held liable for any real-world financial losses or damages.
The "Smart Range", "Operator Radar", and "Pro Activity" features are mathematical models built on live market data. These are algorithmic interpretations of market health, NOT guaranteed future outcomes. Market conditions can change in milliseconds, and the App does not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
Kitx connects with your broker (Fyers) via officially provided APIs strictly for fetching live market quotes and executing your authorized VIRTUAL/PAPER trades within the app's simulated environment. No real-world financial orders are routed to the exchange through Kitx. We do NOT hold, manage, or have access to your real bank account funds. MYPFP is not responsible for any API rate limits, server downtimes, or technical glitches occurring at the broker's end.
Any "Virtual Wallet", "Shadow Trading", or "Paper Trading" features within the App use simulated funds. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for actual currency.
By using Kitx, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYPFP, its founders, and developers from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
